Our immune system concentrates daily on only one task: to protect us.
We humans are a reservoir of germs and microorganisms. For some of you this may sound a little new and absurd, but it corresponds to reality. The life in us is characterized by liveliness. Microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, nematodes or helminths (worms) have made a decisive contribution to human development. It is thanks to them that we humans are the way we are today. Man himself consists many times more of microorganisms than body cells. We possess over 600 trillion of the latter. This vitality is unimaginable. Unimaginable our highly organized and coordinated, cooperating body interior.
Our immune system wants and needs to be challenged daily. Only the daily handling of microorganisms and the stimulus they trigger makes it strong and allows its immune competence to grow. Provided that its inner microorganism can remain in balance! This is the only way he is able to immediately tame every hostile attack and with every confrontation he has won, the following one is a piece of cake.
Vitamin D as an important protective factor
Vitamin D is an important protective factor: Our body's own hormone, formed from cholesterol in the liver, which is activated by sunlight. It monitors and sends out protective proteins precisely when viruses have to dock to their receptors in order to survive. It activates the natural killer cells to stop the growth of tumor cells. 100,000 immune reactions are controlled by vitamin D. Each and every one of us should show deep humility before this hormone that is so important.
Example chickenpox / shingles
Chickenpox is a completely normal illness in childhood, it breaks through boundaries, children grow, they mature and take very special developmental steps in the phase of a childhood illness. This happens in a completely natural way and builds up a lifelong immunity in them. Chickenpox viruses then remain in our spinal cord for life. They nest in the area of the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine. They stay there for a lifetime and no one disputes their place. Our immune system ensures that. However, if our immune power begins to weaken quietly, e.g. triggered by a sudden shock or a long psychological strain, then the care of our immune system decreases. Depending on where the chickenpox virus "hibernates" in each individual, shingles can now develop.
As a doctor, I have used an antiviral medication for 2 days only once in my entire medical career, at the beginning when shingles broke out. The side effects were too strong for the patient. I have always followed a different, deeper therapeutic approach when patients with shingles introduce themselves. Now, I immediately begin to restore the immune system of each patient to its former strength and power. Only then, for example, post-zoster neuralgia (nerve pain after shingles infection) cannot develop and the disease heals itself.
I would also like to show you how dangerous a breath alone can be for us humans. Nowadays, the air we breathe in one breath consists of thousands of dust particles rich in heavy metals (cadmium, aluminium, etc.), viruses, bacteria and spores. These are immediately detoxified or debilitated by the microorganisms and defence cells of the mucous membrane, e.g. paranasal sinuses. Provided we have a strong and healthy microbial mucosal colonisation and intact mucosal immunity.
Another important protective barrier for intruders is our stomach acid. It nullifies all harmful germs that we ingest through food. Billions of bacteria cavort on a doner kebab and sushi provides an abundant additional side dish of fish tapeworm larvae. Stomach acid, often referred to as life acid due to its necessity for humans, protects us from pathological germs and parasites. If we reduce these, e.g. proton pump blockers, all traffic lights will turn "green" for the ingestion of parasites, viruses, bacteria and fungi. Analogue defence systems are not available.
The immune system must be in balance
We should learn to understand that the course of all our immune processes binds itself to basic conditions in our body! And this means that there is a physical balance in which we live in symbiosis with our microorganisms and our immunocompetent defence cells do not offer intruders any chance.
However, if this balance is not given and the milieu in us changes, which can easily happen in our modern times, this has a dramatic effect on our immune system. Radiation such as WLAN, radio radiation from DECT telephones or mobile phones have a destructive effect on the bacterial world of our intestines, but this is where 80% of our immune power is located. The imbalance in the intestine quietly develops into a catastrophe that soon spreads to the entire body. The handling of herbicides such as glyphosate, pesticides and insecticides was also described as early as 1967 by biologist Rachel Carlson in the book "The Silent Spring". Her message to readers: "He who destroys life prepares its demise". Her admonitory words have become reality today.
No virus in the world is able to compete against an intact human immune system.
I can only appeal to each and every one of them, who observes the current process in the media with only a little critical awareness, to stand up, to question, and to deal with the backgrounds of this viral epidemic in the debate. Then you will be able to form your own opinion and make decisions for yourself. People currently tend to blame something for our health that we ourselves have irresponsibly allowed to happen to us and life for decades. Today, however, this is becoming our undoing because it contributes to the fact that we are no longer sufficiently prepared for this viral attack in selected cases and others speculate on this weakness. But the calculation does not add up. If the statistics for coronavirus continue to rise, you now know why a viral epidemic alone is not capable of doing this. It's because we have all contributed to making ourselves vulnerable to attack. Remember that we must bring our defence system to maximum efficiency, especially NOW. This is not only important, but also necessary! For this we humans must be active and not isolated. Especially NOW, you should start asking yourself questions and we will gladly help you find the answers. Living means to live in harmony with everything. Today, more than ever, a medicine is required that does not make the symptom the object of its action, but rather its causes. Nobody is a victim of a situation or his illness, but everyone is master of his own conditions.
With the following simple measures you can strengthen and activate your immune system:
- the body's own immune system shows high activity when you are at peace with yourself Stress and fear regulate it down.
- provide yourself with sufficient organic food, rich in vital substances, fruits and vegetables.
- control your vitamin D level and make sure you get enough sunlight in these first days of spring.
- reduce microwave radiation! (switch off WLAN 100% at night, keep mobile phone use as short as possible and as far away from your body as possible), get involved and say "No to 5G"!
- make yourself a Vitamin C smoothie every day (puree 5 organic lemons with peel in a kitchen blender, add 1 apple or banana, fill up with water and drink throughout the day)
- sufficient exercise in fresh air: 3-4 times a week exercise in fresh air for 30min.
- regular use of sauna, especially infrared sauna We recommend the use of 2x/week. The heat activates the immune cells!
- our personal antiviral nutrient combination is contained in our preparation Viro LEAVE (vitamin C + L-lysine + zinc), of which you take 1 Kps. 3x/day The preparation serves to strengthen you in the fight against viral load.
At the Swiss Mountain Clinic, we have put together an "Immune Power Week" as part of our topicality programme. Based on the knowledge to restore an optimal immune preparedness. We use our 25 years of experience in the field of biological medicine to provide you with targeted diagnostic and therapeutic support NOW.
Who knows the goal, can decide. He who decides finds peace. He who finds peace is safe. He who is sure can think. He who thinks can improve. (Confucius)
