Ultraviolet Blood Treatment (UVB)

vascular disorders blockage of coronary arteries cerebral circulation disorders open legs myocardial infarction ...

UVB (Ultraviolet radiation)

In photobiological autohaemotherapy, 50ml of blood is drawn from your vein.

The drawn blood is passed in front of an ultraviolet light source with natural light. After this, the blood is reinfused into the arm vein. The treatment lasts for around 10 minutes.

In UV-light treatment, the so called activated oxygen molecules emerge in the blood which have a strong biological effect and influence functioning of various organs in the body and metabolic processes positively. The treatment leads to an improvement in absorption of oxygen in cells and improvement of energy balance, blood circulation as well as metabolic activities that have been disturbed by certain diseases. Due to the positive follow-up effects, the therapy remains effective on a long term basis.
